Deposit:

Deposit is non refundable and if you cancel in the last week of the hire date then you will be liable for the full amount. Sometimes if you change the date within 30 days of notice then we can use 50% of deposit towards the new booking. any adjustments are subject to a minimum £50.00 admin fee.

Over time: 

Over time rate is normally £100.00 per hour per vehicle and it must be paid in cash to the driver before the last trip begins. Over time money must be paid 1 hour before the end of your booked time or our driver will have the right to terminate the hire and leave without any passangers.

Break down:

We can send a replacement vehicle, like for like, in most cases within the hour, however as some vehicles are rare, on some days we may not be able to get a replacement and therefore we will not be liable for any compensations or any damage claim against us.

Traffic delay: 

99% of the time we usually get to our customers before the due time. On rare occasions, such as a tunnel / bridge or road closure, if we run late then we will do our best to keep you updated and we will not take any liability for the delay.

Customer behaviour:

Drivers are not obliged to take instustions from the passangers on the day, any change to travel plan has to be approved by the office first. We do not tolerate any rude behaviour towards our drivers by any means. If at  any point our drivers do not feel safe, then the driver has the right to terminate the hire, leave the guests and drive away.

Pickup/drop-off points and parking:

Our drivers will try to get as close to the destination as possible, however as we operate with typically large vehicles, we cannot guarantee that the car will be parked directly outside of your chosen location, for example if it is a cul de sac or council estates, it will be left to the driver for their appropriate judgement.

Payents: all payents must be cleared before the customer getting in the vehicle in cash or online tranfer in advance.
